Massage Safety

Massage therapy appears to have few serious risks and is not recommended for certain people. The number of serious injuries reported is very small. Side effects of massage therapy may include temporary pain or discomfort, bruising, swelling, and a sensitivity or allergy to massage oils. Cautions about massage therapy include the following:

Vigorous massage should be avoided by people with bleeding disorders or low blood platelet counts, and by people taking blood-thinning medications such as warfarin.

People with infectious skin disease, rash, or open wounds Massage should not be done in any area of the body with blood clots, fractures, open or healing wounds, skin infections, or weakened bones (such as from osteoporosis or cancer), or where there has been a recent surgery.

Although massage therapy appears to be generally safe for cancer patients, they should consult their oncologist before having a massage that involves deep or intense pressure. Any direct pressure over a tumor usually is discouraged. Cancer patients should discuss any concerns about massage therapy with their oncologist.

Pregnant women should consult their health care provider before using massage therapy.
Immediately after chemotherapy or radiation, unless recommended by your doctor

People prone to blood clots. There is a risk of blood clots being dislodged.

If you have heart disease, check with your doctor before having a massage

Massage can:

• directly cause new injuries
• aggravate existing problems
• distract patients from more appropriate care
• mildly stress the body If is not provided by a qualified practitioner

Keep your body and ejaculation under control

Learn how to have an orgasm without actually ejaculating. Since ejaculation follows the orgasm by one or two seconds, it feels essentially the same. Orgasm and ejaculation can be separated and controlled by following these three practices:
1. Controlled breathing.
2. Strengthening the PC (pubococcygeus) muscle.
3. The stop/start method.
Controlled Breathing
1. Not only will long, deep and controlled breathing keep your mind of your genitals and its sensations, it will help you slow down your heartbeat when you’re about to orgasm. Start practicing on your own by taking long, deep breaths and then, counting to three, exhaling as slowly as you can. It’s best to do this through the nose since air passes even slower this way.
2. While making love, when you are coming close to orgasm, your breathing will naturally start to speed up as you become more and more excited. Simply inhale, hold for a few seconds, and then exhale slowly (through the nose). Your body will become more relaxed and you will not ejaculate.
3. According to tantra, you can also control your breathing by “exchanging energy with your partner.” Keep your faces close together while you breathe in and she breathes out, and vice-versa.
4. If you feel you have to stop thrusting to delay ejaculation, then, by all means, stop, but keep your breathing rhythmic and slow. This will calm your body down quicker and you can resume the thrusting.
Strengthening the PC Muscles
1, Since these are the muscles one uses to stop the flow of urine, start practicing by stopping urine at mid stream. Start off just once during urination, then build up by stopping and going a few times.
2. Continue strengthening on your own by tightening the PC muscles several times a day and holding them for a few seconds each time. You’ll gradually build up the strength necessary to use those muscles to stop an orgasm.
3. Lift weights with your penis by giving yourself an erection, hanging a towel or wet washcloth over the end, and trying to lift.
4. Now for the love-making: clamp down on your PC muscles to stop yourself from ejaculating. Do this at the moment you feel an orgasm is about to occur, i.e., when you experience that familiar tingling sensation. You will orgasm without ejaculating, and as a result, stay hard.
The Stop/Start Method
1. Practice on your own by masturbating. Once you feel you are near ejaculating (AKA, the point of no return), pull back until the feeling subsides, and then start again. This way you build up your PC muscles, as well as desensitize your self so that you can last longer.
2. Practice this same approach while having sex. When you feel you are approaching the point of no return, stop what you are doing until the urge subsides. Then start again and stop again when you feel you are approaching orgasm. It may take a few tries to identify the point of no return and to stop before you reach it.
3. Once you reach the first initial orgasm, don’t stop. Continue but only at a pace that is only intense enough to help keep you hard. This can take many times to find the correct pace. You can also tell your partner to slow down or you can get on top so that you can control your movements.
There are also a few things than can be done manually to help a man orgasm without ejaculating. Each of the methods I’m about to describe may result in the man losing part of his erection, but it can be recovered quickly so that he can continue. When the man communicates that he is about to come: 1. The woman can form a "tripod" with her thumb, index and middle fingers, which she places around the tip of his penis and squeezes until the orgasm passes and his body relaxes; 2. The woman can take the palm of her hand and press down on the tip of his penis; 3. The man or woman can grip onto the base of his penis and hold, again until the orgasm passes.

Orgasm vs Ejaculation (2)

Orgasm and ejaculation are two separate processes, so one can occur without the other. However, more often than not, they happen at the same time. Orgasm is the release of sexual tension that has built to a peak -- although intensity can vary with each encounter depending on physical or psychological factors. It includes an increase in heart rate, a surge in blood pressure, involuntary muscle contractions in the genitals and spasms in the arms, legs or other areas of his body. In contrast, ejaculation is the expulsion of semen from the tip of the penis.

Some men who can orgasm without ejaculating have perfected the art of flexing their pubococcygeal (PC) muscle during sex, but before ejaculatoryinevitability (the point of no return). This can prevent the fluid from being released. Men can learn to isolate this muscle, which is located in the pelvic area, by stopping urination midstream, and they can strengthen it over time with repeated tightening and releasing exercises.

Orgasm vs Ejaculation (1)

Many people wrongly believe that orgasm and ejaculation occur at the same time. Not always. In fact, some men don't ejaculate until several seconds after orgasm. And some men who are physically unable to ejaculate might find that they are still able to have orgasms.

Ejaculatory Inevitability was created by noted sex researchers Masters and Johnson, and it suggests that, for most men, orgasm is inevitable after a certain amount of stimulation occurs. In their research, it was found that 75 percent of men reach orgasm after two minutes or less of masturbation.

Although men might be more likely to reach orgasm during intercourse, their orgasms tend to be shorter. Learning how to have multiple orgasms takes a bit of effort, and in addition, these are non-ejaculatory orgasms (not your typical orgasm). However, men have been practicing the art of multiple orgasms for thousands of years with the help of tantra and other techniques.

According to Masters and Johnson, a man's refractory period (the time in which he needs to rest before achieving another orgasm) can last anywhere from one minute to an hour. Much of it depends on age, physical fitness, and a healthy lifestyle.

Premature ejaculation - how to keep your body under control (Kegel exercises)

Learn how to control your body:
Breathing:
Lay down or sit and close your eyes. Breath in thru your nose and expand your belly like a balloon! This will help your lungs to get bigger and to retain more oxygen. Breath out thru your mouth with your mouth open and get all the air out by sucking your tummy! This exercise helps to relax if is done correct for few minutes.
Penis (Lingam/ Lingham) and anal area:
The penis ( Lingam called in Tantric massage) is NOT a muscle, it is simply organ tissue, like the tissue of your stomach or liver. The penis will not grow or shrink for excessive use or lack of use because it is not a muscle, the only growth that occurs is from the blood filling the spongy tissue upon erection. If you suffer from premature ejaculation than are few exercises that you can do.  Do not put too much pressure on it because may lead to other complications.
You need to work with that area individually. For that you need to think about your penis and anus as being separate from the whole body. It is the same technique when is about moving our arms or legs individually.

Even though the vast majority associate orgasms with ejaculation, there is a difference!  Are two different things! You can have multiple orgasms but you can ejaculate only once in a sexual activity.  It is true that ejaculation and orgasms happens simultaneous especially in male’s sexual life but it doesn’t mean that you can’t dissociate it!

The refractory period is the period between ejaculation and the time to recover and get ready to ejaculate again. It is known as the RESOLUTION phase in the sexual response circle. Normally it takes between 15 to 30 min, but if you are younger it will be shorter and if you are older tends to get longer. This is also the time when your body is replenishing the sperm source so that you are able to ejaculate again!

In the refractory period all of the genitals and body parts come back down to normal size, shape, color, it might feel a rush of intimacy and also sleepiness .

In order to have multiple orgasms you have to avoid the refractory period.

So how can you have multiple orgasms without ejaculating? Well… there are some tricks that are meant to help you gain control over your body and take you to haven!

Step 1: Edging

Or orgasm control is when you come as close to the metaphorical orgasm edge as possible without ejaculating. It is very important to exercise so you find out how your body works and to train your pubococcsygeus muscles (PCM). If ejaculation is 100 % and between 90- 95 % there is no turning back, when you are at about 80% you should stop the stimulation until your arousement comes down a little bit and then pick it up back again.  You can do this for 3 or 4 times before ejaculating.

Benefits of this work-out!

1. Helps you to be in tune with your own body

Knowing when to stop and knowing the exact time when you ejaculate it’s a real benefit to your sexual life and for your partner.  This will help you to discovery new feelings and emotions which will bring you an immense pleasure!

2. Practice self control

Self control it is very import specially if your partner needs more time to get to that very high point of arousement. This will help you to have simultaneous orgasms and a more happy sexual life.

3. Stronger pubococcsygeus muscles (PCM)

This muscles are in the floor pelvic cavity and are the one you use to stop a stream of urine.  Strong PC muscles also produce stronger orgasms and can help with premature ejaculation.

Start the pee – unclench
Stop the pee – clench

Work out your muscles by clenching and relaxing your PCM .
Do everyday 3 sets of 20 everyday for 4 weeks and you will see and improvement. If you suffer from premature ejaculation, this is one of the main steps in controlling your ejaculation
